Georgina Brown MSc founded G in 2009, with the aim of creating more receptive business cultures, which impact positively on the company and its individuals. G is a learning organisation - reflective, dynamic and creative. Most of all we are a positive and happy organisation that aims to make life and the work place a fun and passionate experience.

Georgina has 10 years experience of working with companies such as IBM, L'Oreal, Logica and public sector organisations such as The British Army and the Home Office. G has a strong foundation of knowledge and experience to support businesses through any change.

G's multi-disciplined team is of a strong calibre, with proven track records of success in the fields of leadership, design and communications. We aim to support local SMEs within the Wiltshire and Bath area in becoming the organisation that they want to be.
